Papers accepted for Formal Proceedings

Paper Format:

• The maximum length of the camera-ready manuscript depends on the category:
  • Scientific papers for Oral Presentation - 6 pages
  • Scientific papers for Poster Presentation - 2 pages
  • Special Session and Embedded Tutorial papers (approved by respective chairs) - 10 pages
  • Panel papers (approved by the Panel Chairs) - 1 page
• Paper must be in the IEEE proceedings two-column format (A4 size). You can find
  here the templates provided by IEEE.
• Important! Do not include page numbers in your paper, a copyright footer information or any other headers or footers.
• The deadline for camera ready and copyright form upload is April 1, 2020.

PDF Check and Upload:

• Use IEEE PDF eXpress PLUS tools to check for PDF compatibility AND for papers upload
• The PDF eXpress site can be accessed here, the Conference ID is 48528XP
• Once the paper has been checked (you will be notified by an email), please access again the PDF eXpress Plus and click on the "Approve for Collection" link.
• Be careful: without clicking the "Approve for Collection" link, the Publication Chairs will not receive your PDF file.
• If you are having problems using PDF Express Plus, please contact the Publication Chairs.

Copyright Form:

• Please fill the IEEE eCopyright form available at http://users-tima.imag.fr/amfors/dinatagi/ETS20

Contributions accepted for Informal Digest

The Informal Digest will be made available to the ETS 2020 audience in digital format. All informal contributions have an option of Open Access provided by ETS 2020 central OA repository.  

Paper Format:

• The maximum length of the camera-ready manuscript depends on the category:
  • Case Studies, Early Innovations and Hot Topics for Oral Presentation - 6 pages
  • Case Studies, Early Innovations and Hot Topics for Poster Presentation - 4 pages
  • PhD Forum papers - 2 page
  • Industrial Session papers - flexible, max 6 pages
• Paper must be in the IEEE proceedings two-column format (A4 size).
  • Without online Open Access: use the standard templates provided by IEEE (download here)
    • Important! Do not include page numbers or any other headers or footer.
  • With online Open Access: a CC-BY-NC 4.0 license is required, use the templates listed below
• The deadline for camera ready upload is April 15th, 2020.

• Use the ETS 2020 electronic submission system at http://welcome.molesystems.com/tttc/ETS/2020/login.php

Optional Open Access:

• Add Creative Commons license CC-BY-NC 4.0 attribution by using one of the following templates: Latex, DOC.
• To opt in for Open Access please fill in the  Open Access Authorization Form.
