Industrial Sessions
Guidelines for Authors
ETS'20 is offering commercial vendors the opportunity to give technical presentations in a track parallel to the technical paper sessions. These presentations will be listed in the symposium program along with the technical sessions and should be targeted to the ETS technical audience. The industrial sessions differ from other ETS presentations in that company names, logos, and product names may be mentioned explicitly. Typical content includes case studies, best practices, products' technical descriptions, and user testimonials. Attendance at the sessions is open to all symposium attendees, and vendor representatives will be able to hand out literature at the session. Presentation opportunities of 30-minute duration are available. Moreover, there are options for exhibition booths running through the full time of the scientific program.
Proposals for the industrial sessions should be technical or application focused, rather than purely sales-and-marketing focused. A submission to the industrial sessions can be an abstract (1/4 page), extended abstract (1-2 pages) or full paper (max. six pages); submission of a full paper is not required, but encouraged.
Proposal selection is based on the technical content and relevance to ETS'20 audience and topics. Provided the limited number of slots, priority will be given to Corporate Supporters with higher priority for higher support grades. By means of submission, industrial session presenters agree to participate in ETS'20, in case the submission is accepted and to register if registration is not covered by an Exhibitor of Corporate Supporter agreement.
ETS'20 Corporate Support
Every year, ETS is financially supported by many companies. The support money is used to cover costs associated with ETS making the event more accessible and attractive to all attendees. In return, the corporate supporters are allowed to make publicity in various ways. ETS has defined an exhibitor level entry and four different support grades (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), each with different support amounts and publicity options. Submission Website
Submissions must use the IEEE conference paper style.
By submitting a contribution, the authors agree to register and present at ETS'20 in case of acceptance.
All submissions must be made electronically as a single PDF file here.
Publications
Accepted contributions become part of the Informal Digest of the European Test Week 2020. The informal contributions WILL NOT be sent for indexing by IEEE Xplore. Instead, the Informal Digest will be made available to all ETS attendees in electronic format. Moreover, there will be an optional Open Access publication in the Informal Digest of the European Test Week 2020. Thus, a later, more complete publication of the work in another conference or journal will still be possible.
