Important COVID-19 Announcement

Due to the escalation of anti-COVID-19 regulations in Europe and the fact that some attendees are unable to travel to ETS, the conference organizers have decided the following:

1. The conference will be held at least partly virtual. Final decision about the format of the conference will be made by April 10.
2. All papers accepted as IEEExplore publications and presented in person or in a virtual/recorded way will be published by IEEE.
3. We introduced a lowered registration fee of EUR 50 for virtual attendees. Note however, that every IEEExplore publication needs still to be supplemented by one full registration before April 1st.

The organizers are closely following the situation and plan to regularly update all prospective participants in case of important decisions.
